1. Information purposes only

The content on this Website is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. Any product descriptions, capability summaries, or roadmap indications are subject to change without notice and do not form part of any contractual commitment.

2. Commercial engagement

Any commercial relationship between you and Aureus Automation arises only under a separate, signed written agreement between Aureus Automation Pte Ltd and your organisation. Pricing, scope, deliverables, service-level commitments, warranties, indemnities, and confidentiality obligations are set out in that separate agreement, not on this Website.

3. Online subscriptions to Aureus products

Some Aureus products (for example MeetLingua, Aluvia, NyteBuild, SmartFAQ Assistant, SiteCinema, ComicReel and PongIQ) can be bought online by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Each product has its own product terms and privacy notice on its own website; where a product publishes them, those product terms govern your use of that product and take precedence over this section. Where a product has not published its own terms, this section applies.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) in the currency shown, and renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial, where offered, ends on the date shown at checkout, after which the card on file is charged unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from the product’s account page or through the Stripe customer portal link on your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage allowances included in a plan (such as hours or credits) do not roll over between periods unless the product says otherwise.

Payments already made are not refunded, except that if you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge for a product and have not materially used it, we refund that charge in full. One-off purchases such as top-ups are not refundable. Where the law of your country gives you rights that go further than this, those rights apply. Prices may change; we give at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects a running subscription.

Our products produce output with software, sometimes including machine transcription, translation or generated text. Such output can contain errors and must be checked before you rely on it. Except as stated in a product’s own terms, the disclaimers and limitation of liability in sections 7 and 8 apply to the products as they do to the Website, and our total liability for a product in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for it in that period.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and code — is owned by Aureus Automation Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may view and print Website content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Website content without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its underlying systems, or any user account.
• Use automated means (scraping, bots, scripts) to access the Website in a manner that places a disproportionate burden on its infrastructure.
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, including for the purpose of impersonating any other person or entity.
• Use the Website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Third-party links and content

The Website may include links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties are independent of Aureus Automation, and we do not control or endorse their content, practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureus Automation disclaims all warranties — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability — with respect to the Website and its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureus Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website — including any reliance you place on Website content.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent change was made. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
